Energize Your Partnerships and Networks
In-Person Training | Limited to 30 Participants
Collaborative work is essential to addressing environmental and community challenges—but it can be complex and time-consuming. This in-person, one-day training, provided by the Institute for Conservation Leadership and hosted by the Greater Dayton Partners for the Environment, focuses on how to lead and participate in collaborations more effectively by adopting a network mindset.
You don’t need a formal leadership title to lead. This training is designed for participants at all levels who want to contribute more effectively within partnerships, coalitions, alliances, or networks.
What We’ll Cover:
Morning Session -
- Introduction to the network mindset framework
- Real-world collaboration examples
- Understanding your partnership’s origin story
- Defining roles, accountability, and next steps based on your network’s stage of
development
Afternoon Session -
- Action and accountability through a collaborative fundraising case study
- Sharing responsibility while honoring partner strengths
- Peer consultation exercises to address real challenges
- Learning with and from colleagues
