Empowering Your Voice Crystal Healing Workshop

Speaking power in moments of powerlessness can feel impossible. Here is an opportunity to tap into your inner power with the help of crystal magic

Whether you need to speak truth to a situation that is harming you or you want to heal old traumas through creative writing, this powerful crystal ritual can help you find your voice and better yet, empower you to use it!

Participants will be given their own set of sodalite, amazonite and amethyst and will be shown how to incorporate those energies into their own healing journey. The ritual will consist of a guided meditation and sound bath with crystal singing bowls in the gARTden at Mrs Mango’s. Yoga mats and some cushions and blankets will be provided and participants are encouraged to bring any comfort items they would like.

This will be a time of openness, safety, vulnerability and healing. Come prepared to share, to comfort and to grow as we hold space for one another.

Suggested donation is $20, nobody will be turned away because of funds.
