Employment law changes: Significant reforms under the Employment Rights Act

After months of speculation and some surprising amendments, details of the most profound employment law changes in a generation have now been confirmed.

The Employment Law & HR Team at Hay & Kilner will guide you through the significant reforms under the Employment Rights Act. In particular, through their unique roleplay scenarios, we will explore:

• changes to the law on unfair dismissal, how it will work and what organisations need to be aware of
• best practice under the new regime and the steps organisations can take to prepare
• increased risks in the employment tribunal
