I'd love to invite you to a Women’s Day to welcome the New Year together in the Creative Process!
We will dive into a deep, grounding, beautiful practice that includes Meditation, Authentic Movement, Art, Weaving Sound, Story and Creative expression while being deeply seen, held and supported!
The theme is "Embracing the New"
We explore a web of modalities and practices including Bodytales©, Somatic Therapy, Movement & Tamalpa Inspired Process weaving creativity, healing & sacred sweet sister time together!
