What do we need to increase our enthusiasm and positivity for life?

Body-mind connection. When we have it, we discover an inner strength that allows us to respond harmoniously to the events of life, instead of reacting to them in ways that cause harm to ourselves and others. Body-mind connection is the foundation on which we can build real understanding.

During this evening you will receive Breema bodywork in a nurturing and supportive atmosphere, learn Self-Breema exercises, and experience how you can use the Nine Principles of Harmony to increase body-mind connection. We will introduce perspectives that can help you let go of fear and replace it with inner strength, balance, and vitality.

In class we will be learning a simple bodywork sequence that you can then go home and practice on friends and family! Breema supports you to have an experience of presence and body-mind connection in the classroom that can easily extend into your daily activities!

• Open to all levels
• 6:00-7:00pm - Mini-sessions for new students, along with live Sitar music and light refreshments
• 7:00-8:30pm - Class

You’ll need to be reasonably comfortable moving and working on a padded floor with other participants. Wear comfortable long pants and socks. No fragrances, please.
