Held every 1st Sunday in Santa Cruz, Create + Integrate is a lightly guided session where we explore what’s alive in us—through journaling, movement, visual art, and storytelling. No art experience needed. Just bring your curiosity, emotions, and values.

This space is for integrating lessons, releasing what no longer serves, and expressing what words alone can't always reach.

What to Expect:

• Guided creative prompts
• Time for journaling, sketching, or movement
• Optional sharing and group reflection
• Grounding practice to leave clear + centered

Bring: a journal, any favorite art tools (we’ll have basics), and water.

Sliding scale: $11–$44
