Join Coach and Menstruality Mentor Katherine for Embracing Periods - Hearth Circles, a monthly gathering designed to help you reconnect with your cycle, understand your body and feel empowered throughout every phase.

In this supportive space, we’ll explore menstrual wellbeing through honest conversations, practical tools and mindset shifts that help you thrive, not just get by. Whether you’re curious about cycle tracking, navigating symptoms or simply want to feel more in tune with yourself, this Circle offers a welcoming community where no topic is off-limits.

Together, we’ll move beyond taboos, share lived experiences and learn how to bring more ease and understanding into our everyday lives. You’ll leave feeling seen, supported and equipped with tools to work with your cycle, not against it.

Please note this event is exclusively for women.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Full Refunds: We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the event start time. To request a refund, please contact us through the Eventbrite platform with your order information.
• No Refunds: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
• Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels the event, all attendees will receive a full refund, regardless of the time of cancellation. We will notify you of any cancellations via the email provided during ticket purchase.

About The Hearth

The Hearth is a women's space in Queen's Park (North London) where women can find room for themselves to live, work and feel better. The community of diverse women enjoy full co-working facilities, wellness treatments, a relaxing evening lounge and thoughtfully curated events.
