Embody Your Sovereignty -Learning, Practicing & Living Energetic Tools

Embody Your Sovereignty is a 4-week in-person immersive series designed to support deep grounding, energetic clarity, and self-authority.Join us for Embody Your Sovereignty.

Classes will be 4 Sundays in a row begining February 8th and ending March 1st

1:00pm-3:00pm

Through teaching, guided practice, Reiki, and energy healing, participants will learn how to safely ground, protect, embody and maintain their energy while remaining connected to the world around them.

This series is intentionally held as a contained group. Each week builds upon the last, allowing for nervous system safety, energetic integration, and progressive depth.

Participants will explore grounding, energetic hygiene, boundaries, sovereignty, and integration through both practical tools and embodied experience. Aura readings,energy work and Reiki will be woven throughout the series to support clarity and integration.

Each class will inlcude energy readings, clearings and reiki healings at no additional cost.

No prior experience with Reiki or energy work is required. This is not a physical movement or yoga class.
