Join us at the peaceful shores of Jordan Lake for a gentle, heart-opening morning created to nourish the women who spend so much of their lives nourishing others. Together we’ll move through grounding yoga, breathwork, and guided meditation to release stress and reconnect with your inner self.

After movement, settle into a luxurious waterfront soundbath, allowing the crystal bowls to wash over you like soft waves. Feel your body supported by the earth, your breath synced with the lake, and your heart open to receive.
