Join Alyssa Anaya and Evalena Rose for a heart-opening afternoon designed to give you an in-depth experience of Tantra. This immersion invites you to gently awaken your body, mind, and spirit through guided practices that cultivate presence, connection, and sacred intimacy.

Together, we will explore:

• Meditation to center and ground into your body
• Tantric breathwork in circle to activate life force energy
• Solo practice to deepen self-awareness and embodiment
• Partnered practices to expand into conscious connection
• Movement practices to awaken vitality, embodied flow, and energy awareness
• Guided connection exercises for attunement and trust

This is a beautiful opportunity to experience Tantra in a safe, welcoming container. Whether you are curious about Tantra or already walking this path, you will leave with new tools for breath, presence, and connection that can enrich your daily life. Tantra utilizes ecstatic practices as a means to enlightenment.

Doors open at 1:30 pm, please arrive by 1:45 to settle in. The afternoon commences promptly at 2:00 pm. Bring your own blanket and/or cushion, and a water bottle to ensure your comfort.
