As the end of winter comes near, we enter a natural threshold, a time of cleansing, renewal, and quiet preparation for the nectar of spring. This season invites the body to release what has grown heavy, stagnant, and to gently make space for new vitality.

Embodied Ritual is a ceremonial evening designed to support inner reflection. Through cacao medicine, intuitive vocal expression, nervous system support, and somatic dance, you’ll be guided into a state of receptivity, flow, and embodied renewal.

The evening will move in two phases:

First, cleansing ~ allowing energy to move through the body through gentle purging, release, and soft unwinding.
Then, renewal ~ connecting to the returning vitality of the body, sensing the subtle promise of spring, and anchoring a felt sense of aliveness and flow.

What to Expect:
~ Opening ceremony with cacao medicine
~ Intuitive singing and vocal toning, guided by sensation and instinct
~ Nervous system support to settle into receptivity and flow
~ Guided somatic dance focused on cleansing, release, and embodied renewal
~ Integration to close, grounding the experience into the body

What to Bring:
• Cushion
• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothes you can move in
• A journal and pen

This evening is an invitation to cleanse the imprints of winter and what you have been moving through, then focus on renewal so you can meet spring n March feeling softer, more open, resourced, and alive in your body.
