9:10-1:40 (4.5 Hrs?): Hiking time includes breaks and pictures
1:45-2 PM: Drive back to Calgary for bite at Calgary Farmers’ Market and watch ICE CARVING CHAMPIONSHIP

Must have:
• Waterproof hiking boots
• Microspikes
• Warm socks
• Gloves
• Bear spray
• Hat/toque
• Water (1–2 L)
• Snacks
• Neck & face covering
• First aid kit & headlamp
