As we deepen into Autumn, there is a natural call to slow down and turn the attention inwards. The season of Summer is full of vibrancy and buzz. Now, it is time to reap the harvest. And assess, what do you need now?

What is your body and your intuition calling for to support you?

During this 2-hour gathering you will be guided through an herbal tea ceremony to support nervous system regulation, guided somatic self-touch, gentle movement, and practices to listen and respond to your body.

There will also be guided sharing in community to get to know other like-hearted women.
