Men's Group

Nothing formal. No program. No teaching. No saving. Just a simple circle where each man has the space to check in and share what’s actually moving in his life while the rest of us listen with respect and presence.The intention is simple: a room where a men can speak honestly and feel heard. If something shared wants a little more time or reflection, we can explore it together. Someone might bring a short piece of writing, a question, or an idea to start a conversation. But mostly the evening will simply follow what is real for the men in the room.We’d meet at 7:15 once a month on the 1st Thursday of the month at my place in Riverbend for a couple of hours. I’m keeping the group fairly small so it stays relaxed and personal.Looking for are men who feel good about showing up consistently - can show up in presence and 100% maintain confidentiality of what gets expressed.If that feels like a yes part of, or maybe it lands as a little edgy or scary, cool - all good.
