ELEVATED YOGA
Classes are focused on beginner movements linked to the breath to connect to the union of body, mind, spirit that is the literal definition of the word yoga "to join, yoke or unite". No contortion poses we promise. You'll find a delicious way of finding flow with your movement and return back to your own frequency and mode.

Lay back and relax to the the soothing vibrations of sound bowl healing. These gentle meditative tones create harmonic frequencies promoting deep relaxation, balancing energy, and supporting emotional and physical well-being. Each resonating note helps clear blockages, calm the mind, and restore inner harmony, creating a peaceful space for healing and renewal.
