30 Min Prenatal Pilates + Yoga Workshop @ The Format Fitness

Join , founder of , and , founder of , for a prenatal pilates + yoga flow workshop!

Pilates and yoga work together to strengthen your body, improve flexibility, and reduce stress, making both pregnancy and postpartum recovery smoother. You can expect 15 minutes o Prenatal Pilates and 15 minutes of Prenatal yoga followed by a Q+A with Kenzie and Jacquie to support you on your prenatal, postnatal + motherhood journeys!

This class is open to all levels, trimesters and mamas. The best part? You’ll receive complimentary mama approved goodies and get to hang with all of your friends.
