Women’s Circle – A Space to Pause, Reflect and Reconnect

These circles are relaxed, down-to-earth spaces for women to come together, slow down, and take a break from the noise of everyday life.

Each circle includes a simple flow of:

• Arrival with herbal tea
• Guided meditation to settle and ground
• A short Reiki session for deep rest and release
• Cacao to gently come back into the body
• Journaling for personal reflection
• Optional group sharing

There’s no pressure to share, perform, or “get it right.”
You’re welcome to take part in whatever way feels comfortable for you.

These circles are for women who are looking for:

• A calm space to reset
• Time to reconnect with themselves
• Genuine connection with other women
• A supportive, non-judgemental environment

You don’t need any experience — just come as you are.
