The Loft Community Hub and Swanage Bay Sauna invite you to join us for a gentle and nourishing monthly reset by the sea, created to help you slow down, release, and realign with yourself and the natural rhythms around you.

✨ What to Expect
We begin with Gentle Yoga & Meditation at The Loft Community Hub, creating space to soften the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect.
There is time to journal and reflect, and each guest receives a crystal gift to support the month ahead.
Just a two-minute walk away, we continue to Swanage Bay Sauna, where you’ll experience the contrast of sea dipping and sauna encouraging release, renewal, and vitality.
We gently close the practice together with a nourishing snack and juice shot, allowing time to ground and integrate.
As a final thank-you, you’ll also receive a gift token offering a discount on a hot drink from the café next door.
