Elements in Action: Teen Art Program Opening Celebration

The Dubuque Museum of Art invites students, families, friends, and community members to celebrate the culminating exhibition of "Elements in Action: Teen Art Program."
"Elements in Action" brings together a vibrant group of young artists from our community who have created original work in response to climate and sustainability concerns that will impact their generation… and all of us. Through hands-on artmaking, environmental exploration, field trips, and creative conversation, students have spent six weeks developing thoughtful work connected to themes of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water.
Please join us as we celebrate their creativity, curiosity, and commitment to using art to explore the world around them.
This program is presented in collaboration with Bluff Strokes Art Center, with support from a grant provided by The Dubuque Community Foundation. Special thanks to the volunteers, artists, and instructors who helped lead this rich six-week workshop experience.
