Mission

The mission of the Irish Hooley is to promote Irish/Celtic music and culture in Dubuque.. For generations, the highlight of Irish social life was the Hooley with music, dance, song, good conversation and merriment.

Back Waters Amphitheater is the region’s newest outdoor amphitheater located on Schmitt Island next to Q Casino + Resort, a premier riverfront venue for concerts, festivals, and community celebrations along the Mississippi River.
