2. Flights - you can fly in and let us know if you are coming in from other cities, be flexible while booking and make it a refundable flight
3. Guest expected - 40 + in count

5. Appetizers to be provided by us

Any rude behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal and banning from future events, with NO REFUNDS.

Important:

These events are exclusively for South Asians who are genuinely looking to build meaningful relationships. This particular one is a mixer — but meant for serious singles. Join if you’re truly seeking commitment or have friends who are sincerely looking for the same.

REFUND POLICY

• If refunds are available please check the rules below. only has to be approved by our team.

Any refunds that are approved and completed will be for the price paid for the event ticket less any "Eventbrite fees" or "Sulekha fees" and/or "platform service fees", all of which are payable to the platforms where tickets are purchased.

Each organization and company discloses this information in their rules of purchase.

Our refund policy acknowledges that events may undergo changes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as cancellations by attendees, inclement weather, natural disasters, venue issues or any health-related concerns.

Therefore, we are under no legal obligation to host any event based solely on providing any related updates at any point in time. In other words, our obligation to provide services is not absolute, under any circumstances. Further, please be advised that a cancellation due to any of the above reasons may occur at any point in time before the scheduled event.

If any of our events are cancelled, we will provide a refund, less any applicable fees as mentioned above. If any of our events is postponed to a new date/time and the registrant does not agree to attend on the new date/time, a refund will be issued, less any applicable fees, as mentioned above.

Other reasons for an event cancellation and any subsequent information pertaining to refund requests are listed below:

Preference Changes: If a registrant changes his/her mind at any time after the purchase of a ticket for a scheduled event and/or subsequently does not attend a scheduled event, the registrant will be deemed a "no-show" and no refunds, under any circumstances, will be provided.

No-show: If a registrant purchases a ticket and subsequently arrives at the venue / online but chooses not to attend, refunds will not be provided. You will be deemed as a "no-show". However, you may use your ticket as a credit to a future event.

Format changes: We have the freedom of changing the format from an online event to an in-person one or vice-versa based on attendance / demand. Refunds will not be issued if you have purchased a ticket for an event of any format

Postponed: If any of our events is postponed to a new date/time and the registrant does not agree to attend on the new date/time, a refund will be issued, less any applicable fees, as mentioned above.

Cancellations: A full refund, less any applicable fees mentioned above, may be provided to registrants if an event is officially cancelled. A notification regarding the cancellation may be provided at any time before the commencement of an event. An event subject to cancellation may be scheduled at some point during a given month, week or up to the day/time of the scheduled event, itself.

Our responsibility with regards to refund requests extends only to purchased tickets and is strictly limited to the price paid for tickets to our events less any applicable fees, as mentioned above.

Further, any additional expenses incurred by a registrant such as (but not limited to) any kind of traveling arrangements, transportation or any related expenses thereof (flights, hotels, meals etc.) will not be reimbursed by us under any circumstances.
