Eating flowers is one of the most fun trends in cooking today. Besides eating flowers when we consume broccoli or cauliflower, you probably don't eat a lot of flowers. In this class you'll learn how to cook with them, where to get them, and what parts are edible. You'll get to do some tasting in class and will get easy recipes for taking home.Bring take-home containers!
Food fee: $10 payable in cash to the instructor the evening of class.
