Are you seeking an alternative to traditional meat-based meals? In this class you will learn the basics of eating meatless meals, including ‘protein pairing’ and how to make food the family will enjoy, too. This class will provide you with a wealth of information and a variety of delicious food, whether you're already a vegetarian or simply seeking a change.Bring take-home containers!
Food fee: $10 payable in cash to the instructor the evening of class.
