Soltar is a Spanish word for release, letting go, or dropping. Release stuck energy keeping you on edge, stressed or anxious. Let go of old patterns of believing and relating to yourself and others. Drop expectations of how you "should" express and just experience the music, community and reconnect to your sacred flow.

Soltar Ecstatic Dance is an invitation to release, reconnect, and move without expectation.

No choreography.
No performance.
Just you, your body, and the music.

This is a sober, judgment-free space for intuitive movement—whether that looks like fluid, wild, soft, playful… or simply standing and feeling.

You don’t need to know how to dance.
You just need to be willing to feel.

We follow a traditional ecstatic dance container:
✧ No talking on the dance floor (a separate space is available to connect)
✧ No phones or recording
✧ Barefoot encouraged
✧ Consent-based connection
✧ Come as you are — all bodies, identities, and expressions welcome
