Soltar is a Spanish word for release, letting go, or dropping. Release stuck energy keeping you on edge, stressed or anxious. Let go of old patterns of believing and relating to yourself and others. Drop expectations of how you "should" express and just experience the music, community and reconnect to your sacred flow.

Soltar Ecstatic Dance Orlando is a welcoming, inclusive & expressive space. All "races" (is that even a real thing?) body types, and genders welcome.

We will follow a traditional ecstatic dance flow: liquor and substance free space for authentic expression or sacred awkwardness ;) <3, no talking on the dance floor, dance barefoot if you can, ask for consent before engaging with someone during the dance, no phones or recording.
