Ecstatic Fridays at Casa Mannabliss, the home for Ecstatic Dance in Delray Beach!

On Friday February 21st, DJ Barbi will take you on a dance journey with her sexy silky bass drops and energizing house tunes, organic and tribal sounds, and peaceful soundscapes

Ecstatic dancing is all about freedom, connection, and self-expression. It’s a practice where you can move your body intuitively, letting go of judgment, expectations, and the need to perform. It’s about tuning into the rhythm of the music, listening to your inner guidance, and allowing the movement to flow naturally.

Through ecstatic dance, you can release pent-up emotions, connect deeply with your own energy, and even tap into a sense of unity with others on the dance floor. It’s a space where you can feel truly alive, present, and free to be your authentic self.

Ecstatic Dance is not about looking good or following specific steps. Its about surrendering to the music and letting you body express its true essence.

Be PRESENT. (no phones/cameras)
Be EMBODIED. (no talking)
BE CLEAR. (no intoxicants)
BE CONSENSUAL. (listen for a yes, respect a no)
BE HERE. (no outside shoes)
BE FREE. (no judgement, dance how you want)
