Ecstatic Dance is a supportive, non-judgmental, sober space

to freely express yourself through dance to a curated musical journey, starting with a guided warm-up and ending with a closing ritual. Key elements include a no-talking, no-shoes, and no-phone policy on the dance floor to encourage embodiment and connection, a diverse community of all ages and backgrounds with music and sound elements that builds & subsides in energy that facilitates emotional release and joy.
