Ecstatic Dance & Soundbath with Julia and Lauren

Immerse yourself in an ecstatic dance session to free your body and spirit, followed by a soothing soundbath to calm your mind and restore your body. Let the music guide your movement and energy.

Ecstatic Dance is a transformative movement practice that helps you reconnect with yourself. It’s a free-form dance journey where you can express yourself, explore new movements, and let your body communicate without words. This is a space free from conversations, shoes, alcohol, fragrances, or smoke—where you dance as if nobody is watching, embracing the present moment fully without self-judgment.

A Soundbath with crystal alchemy singing bowls is a full-body meditative experience, where you will experience sound and its vibrations washing over your body and guiding you further into a relaxed state. As you lay down on your yoga mat with your eyes closed, wrapped in a warm blanket, you’ll be able to tune into your inner voice, process emotions, calm your nervous system and spark your creativity. You’ll relax and restore the body and mind with a transformative frequency that research has shown to reduce stress and promote relaxation.
Contraindications: If you are pregnant, have metal devices in your body, or have sensitivity to sound or are hearing impaired, please speak with your doctor before participating.

Lauren von Steuben is a yoga teacher, ceremonialist, sound alchemist, plant-based chef and American, based in Nuremberg. Her calming energy and never-ending smile radiate and allow you to feel relaxed and comforted. She founded House of Embers and Yin Yang Sisters to curate experiences, events and spaces that allow you to spark something inside of you, to rekindle your inner spirit, to inspire you and to share with you what brings her joy while immersed together with community.
Julia Zirkelbach, a yoga teacher with a deep passion for holistic well-being and creating spaces where individuals can explore and express themselves freely. Julia’s teachings focus on tapping into the connection between body, mind, and energy. Her experience in yoga, breathwork, and movement practices, combined with her background in sports science and psychology makes her ecstatic dance sessions a powerful experience of self-expression, embodiment, and release.
