Psychedelic Breathwork Session with Theresa from Soulproject.Nbg

In this workshop you will participate in a powerful psychedelic breathwork session, a gateway to the depths of your subconscious.

The technique is based on ancient spiritual practices, combined with modern neuroscience. In the session you will use a dynamic breathing technique that enables you to tap into non-ordinary states of consciousness as the brain waves can shift similar to deep meditative states. Breather experience release of mental, energetic and physical blockages, allowing to access insights typically beyond our daily awareness.

What to bring: Bring your own yoga mat, a blanket and warm layers.

*it's best to have no proper meal 2hours before the event

*please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Optionally you can bring a blanket if you tend to freeze quickly

*recommended to wear comfy clothes
