Join us at Eben Ezer French SDA Church for our Annual Community Health Fair — a free, family-friendly day dedicated to wellness, prevention, and community connection.
Guests will enjoy free health screenings, wellness education, informative booths, community resources, giveaways, food, and fellowship. Services and resources may include blood pressure checks, blood sugar screenings, health education, preventive care information, and connections to local health organizations.
Bring the whole family! Kids can enjoy fun activities like a bouncy house, petting zoo, face painting, and more while adults connect with health professionals and community partners.
Vendor and exhibitor opportunities are available. We are looking for health-focused organizations, clinics, nonprofits, wellness businesses, community agencies, and local partners who want to share resources with the community. Interested vendors should email [email protected].
