Easy Thanksgiving Meal

We have been waiting for Thanksgiving all year!

Let's skip the entire turkey this year and make a roulade! (If you're interested in cooking your meal for four or mile, while you learn, check out our classes on November 20 and 22.)

You will learn to make delicious Thanksgiving classics that will be sure to impress the pickiest dinner guest!

Due to the menu this is a 3 hour class, to ensure that you will have enough time to go over all the necessary skills including: Chopping, mixing, sauteing, homemade pie crust, sauce making and more. All dishes will not be full-sized, but some items can be frozen in order to be added to your Thanksgiving dinner!

Menu:

• Turkey Roulade (Boneless Turkey Breast Stuffed with Stuffing)
• Traditional Stuffing
• Cranberry and Orange Chutney
• Turkey Gravy
• Mashed Potatoes
• Apple Pie (Small)

Cocktails, beer and wine are available for purchase at the bar.

• One seat in the class
• Recipes, which will be emailed at the end of class
• Live step-by-step cooking instruction

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours

This class is hands-on and may run over/under schedule.
