Easton Community Invited to Celebrate Michaels’ New Store Format with Free Family Fun

Michaels is inviting the Easton community to celebrate the grand opening of its newly remodeled store on Friday, June 26. The free event will feature family-friendly activities, hands-on crafts, giveaways, raffle prizes, balloon animals, face painting, local food favorites, creative demonstrations, and more. Adding to the fun, the first 50 customers will receive a free tote and $10 Michaels gift card! 

Attendees will also be among the first to explore Michaels' new store experiential store format, featuring fresh vignettes designed to spark ideas to create, celebrate, and decorate; expanded services and events like new customization bars and candle making and open, flexible classrooms; and a stronger focus on local community connection with an upgraded party and event space. 

The free event will include: 

• Ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9 a.m. 
• Local Makers Market 
• Boys & Girls Club activity table 
• Community Canvas mural 
• Outdoor games 
• Balloon animals and face painting 
• Giveaways and raffle prizes 
• Hands-on creative demonstrations, including candle making, bouquets, sewing and crochet, marker art, and more
