Experienced fighters and complete beginners are all welcome.The training will cost £5 per person to cover the rent of the hall.
The training will last for four hours, with a warm up, individual skills, group skills, bridge fighting and line fights. There will also be foam weapon training for those that haven't done Eastern before.
There will people coming who don't have their all of their own equipment, so if you have spare kit it would be appreciated if you could bring it along.
