Class will be one hour of gentle movement, light & laughter - and the rest will follow. Suitable for all abilities.
What you need: Wear comfortable clothing.
6 week booking recommended, £35.00.
Drop In available. £7 per class.
First time? Make sure to fill in the yoga health form prior to session, available at the centre.
