Based on the ancient Vedas, texts which greatly influenced later Yoga philosophy, Hinduism and Buddhism. With Krishna Island volunteers.
Itinerary: 40-mins talk incl. a gentle music meditation, then an interval, and then another 40-mins of talks, discussion and meditation. Each event is independent - you can attend one or more, as you like. Informative and topical talks and meditations, suitable for anyone age 15+.
