This month is the Harvest moon 🌝
We are also approaching Mabon- 22nd sept - which is the Autumn Equinox and the time of year we celebrate a second harvest and hope for plentiful stock of food for the winter . 🌽
Come and join us for a monthly full moon drumming circle at Lound Village hall NR32 5LL
£10 pp includes use of drum, guided meditation, oracle cards, releasing exercise, hot herbal drinks or tea/ coffee( decaf available)

Drumming has the ability to bring the user to a calm and relaxed state allowing release of stress and tension. A wonderful sense of community is felt during the gathering, leaving you relaxed.
