Earthworks Men’s Group:A bi-weekly gathering for Men that are dedicated to building their best life.
This Men's group is designed to:
-Build support around each other
-Encourage each Man to develop and attain the vision in life they are designing
-Elevate each other to have the legacy that we want to leave behind
-Whittle away at the blocks that come up along the way to living a more fulfilling life
No commitment to attend every meet required, but encouraged.
All beliefs / world views welcomed as long as there is a mutual respect for our differences.
This week we will:
-Check in with each Man
-Do a round of breathwork and/or body movement
-Discuss the the relationship Men have with the Feminine
-Pair up with two other Men to share the details of a project / endeavor they are working on
-Answer the question: what is holding me back from going to my next level is ______.
-Offer reflections for each Man’s share
-name a personal commitment to achieve prior to the next meeting
Day: Mondays
How often: Bi-weekly, No commitment req.
Time: 5:30pm

What to bring: A Yoga mat or cushion, an open mind, a willingness to speak with candor, a notebook / pen and /or phone for notes
