About this Event

Steph McIntyre (Earth Sounds) and Makina Labrecque (PRML) will be hosting this event. Please arrive 15 minutes early, to allow for ample check in time.

Hot tea, water, and towels will be provided.

PRML is a pool like environment, and we will be working through the sauna and cold plunge areas, so wear comfortable bathing attire.
