Join us for FREE yoga centering on grounding and connecting to the earth. Leave feeling relaxed, empowered, and ready to be a good climate leader. Yoga will be held outside in the Meadow at the Walking Mountains Avon Tang Campus if weather permits.This class will be held during lunch and is beginner friendly. Bring your own yoga mat if you have one.
