Earth Day Yoga in Central Park

Come together in Central Park for a fluid Vinyasa Yoga flow as an opportunity to give extra appreciation to all that the Earth provides for us. Listen to the sounds, smell the smells, and observe all the beauty of the budding trees and flowers.

The class is free or you can choose to make a $10 donation.

Herb seedlings (cilantro, basil, chives) will be available so that you can take a little bit of Earth back home with you.
