Join us for a gentle early summer afternoon sound bath at Trowse Manor Rooms on Sunday 14th June 🌿As the day begins to soften, this is a lovely time to pause, unwind and take a little time for yourself.
This session offers a calm, welcoming space to lie down, get comfortable and be guided into deep relaxation through the soothing sounds of gongs, singing bowls and gentle percussion.
Allow the sounds to help you settle the body, quieten the mind and gently restore your energy as the afternoon unfolds.
