Los Encinos State Historic Park invites visitors to participate in our yearly Día de los Muertos event the weekend of Oct. 31st to Nov. 1st
About this Event

Visitors are welcome to explore the adobe museum, join a guided tour, play traditional rancho games, and take part in a round of lotería. At the heart of the event is the community ofrenda, where visitors are encouraged to honor their lost loved ones by bringing a photo or drawing a picture of them to place at the altar in remembrance. Festive attire and sugar skull makeup are welcomed.
