ENTRE ALMAS Y FLORES is a Día de los Muertos gathering for friends, family, and community to honor those who came before us and celebrate the life that continues through us.
Gather for an afternoon of remembrance, culture, and connection. Picture marigolds glowing in candlelight, copal and fresh flowers in the air, and music drifting through a room of people who have come to remember, celebrate, and be together.
Mercado Mágico
Arrive early and explore the Mercado Mágico, featuring local artisans and makers with handmade jewelry, botanicals, candles, and intentional offerings. Community healing practitioners will also share their gifts and presence. Linger over good food, follow the music, and let the day unfold.
Community Ofrenda
Bring a photograph or small meaningful offering for someone you love, and place it on the community altar among flowers, candles, and the stories of others who have come to remember. Together, you’ll create something no one could build alone.
Ancestral Meditation and Healing
Join a guided ancestral meditation and healing experience led by Cindy Canek—a shared moment of remembrance, gratitude, and connection to the lineages that carry us. Come with someone specific in mind or with an open heart.
Schedule
- 10:30 AM: Doors open and community welcome
- 11:00 AM: Mercado Mágico, food, healing offerings, and the community ofrenda
- 1:00 PM: Ancestral Meditation and Healing with Cindy Canek
- 2:00 PM: Community celebration and closing
