Dyr Faser is the duo of Eric Boomhower and Amelia May, crafting indie rock that balances warmth, texture, and understated experimentation. Their latest release, Touching Embers, expands their dynamic sound with a deeper sense of variety—moving from fuzzy, rock-rooted riffs and colorful guitar tones to softer, ambient moments that feel intimate and immersive.
At the dawn of this new American era, Your Iolaus rises to offer aid and comfort in dark moments. Like something haunting and familiar from a post-punk world but with a sentiment all its own, the band shines its beacon of light outward from the heights of Providence, RI and the new East Coast darkwave movement.
The analog nest throbs with the hum of electromagnetic whispers. Samplers and synthesizers become instruments of presence used not for control, but for communion. Dr. S+M is the project of composer and producer Dan Rosato. In a departure from his work with prolific NYC freak-rockers Your 33 Black Angels, Dr. S+M turns to improvisation and hypnotic minimalism as its primary compositional tools.
Skyjelly is a band from Fall River, MA that plays in a scary old mill – one floor up from a mean Southern Rock band who wondered if they were having séances (they weren’t) (not really, anyway). Skyjelly plays psychedelic, middle-eastern blues and has had numerous releases on UK and US labels.
