Music usually accompanies the flow.
The class is taught in English with options and variations for every practitioner, ensuring everyone is challenged within their own limits.
Some prior experience is recommended.

Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible.

The Art.OM studio is located on the ground floor, just to the left in the hallway when you enter the building.
