Come ready to flow in this all levels class, we practice mindful moment and breath work to bring you closer to your body.
About this Event

In this traditional hatha practice we will move through breath work, sun salutation, core engagement followed by a series of pose paired to relax the body, and bring you closer to peace. at the end of each session I'll prodive a sound bath for blissful meditation.
