FREE Shadow Work & Somatics: Emotional Expansion and Altered Awareness

A gently guided somatic practice for shadow exploration and opening beyond the mind. Through breathwork, deep relaxation, and embodied awareness, participants are supported in preparing for expanded emotional states and altered awareness within a safe, intentional container.

This offering is intended for emotionally well individuals seeking to slow the mind, soften into sensation, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body. Participants will be guided through seated and reclining practices on yoga mats — please bring your own. This experience invites a deepened connection with body and inner world.

This workshop is not therapy and does not serve as a substitute for professional mental health care. It is a ceremonial, experiential space for embodied connection and preparation for inner journeys.

Facilitated by Jordan Smith, who weaves psycho‑spiritual dialogue, somatic presence, and ceremonial integrity.
