Dyer Park Tree Planting | Volunteers (6/6/26)

Community Greening teamed up with the Florida Forest Service and PBC Parks to plant 1,000 new native shade trees around the Dyer Park Mountain Bike & Walking Trails, and we're finishing up the planting project on Saturday, June 6th and we need volunteers to help us out!

These trees will provide cooler temperatures and much needed shade for bikers & walkers, and we need YOUR help to get them in the ground!

CG Arborists and Tree Technicians will be on hand to teach and guide volunteers on the proper way to plant their trees. We welcome anyone who is interested in getting their hands a little dirty, and helping a great cause! No experience necessary.

Community Greening will provide all of the necessary tools and supplies, including work gloves to borrow. Please wear closed-toed shoes, and clothing that can get a little dirty. We also encourage you to wear a hat and sunscreen.

We'll have water on-site (though we free to bring your own reusable bottle), as well as light snacks for volunteers, and even a DJ on hand to keep things extra fun.

Dyer Park is located is located at 7301 N Haverhill Rd, West Palm Beach, FL 33412. Upon arrival you will proceed past the baseball fields to the Mountain Bike Trail area - there will be signage to help guide you. After parking, proceed to the Community Greening tent to check-in.

Each volunteer must register under their own name, as the registration form includes a volunteer waiver.

Event is family friendly - all minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Event begins at 10am. Estimated finish around 12pm.
