About this Class: It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, our Scuola Chef will prepare the signature dish for you to taste in class. You’ll then dive right in to making the recipe yourself from scratch. Take your culinary creation with you at the end of class and enjoy your own hard work at home!

About this Dish: For this zesty twist on a classic Tiramisù, ladyfingers are soaked in limoncello, a lemon-infused sweet liqueur. Layer the limoncello-soaked ladyfingers with a decadent mascarpone cream for a sweet and citrusy dessert.

In this Class You Will:

• Learn about the traditions and culture of Limoncello Tiramisù

• Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Limoncello Tiramisù

• Make your own Limoncello Tiramisù from scratch by hand

• Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto, welcome wine, and Limoncello Tiramisù prepared by our Chef alongside a wine pairing
