Kade Jackson “Our native cutthroat in the San Juan River Basin?”
Kade is our local Colorado Parks & Wildlife aquatic biologist and will present the history, research, and conservation work of Cutthroat Trout in Colorado including ongoing efforts to preserve lineages like the newly rediscovered San Juan Cutthroat Trout.

Duranglers 2:30-3:15 PM Tom Knopick “Understanding The San Juan”
Tom is co-owner of Duranglers and has been fishing and guiding the San Juan Tailwater since 1980. Come listen to Tom for a better understand the fisheries history, current reservoir release criteria, how to forecast changes in flow from the reservoir along with the history and current status of the fishery.
